Our Mission

Our mission at Allure is to provide clinical skin care and spa services to improve the look and feel of your skin, using the highest standards of patient care, comfort, privacy and technology. Allure Skin & Laser offers the latest technologies to provide you with the results you are looking for. Our treatments are safe and gentle, provide measurable results and performed by licensed and experienced clinicians and skin care specialists. Allure is proud to offer innovative and advanced non-surgical, physician-directed skin procedures that are medically safe and effective. We utilize revolutionary technology and provide the utmost of personalized care to achieve healthy skin for all our patients. It is our goal to help you look and feel your best.

Our physicians, registered nurses and licensed aestheticians are here to evaluate your specific skin care needs and provide a comprehensive clinical program to achieve optimal results. The Allure team takes a comprehensive approach to skin care recognizing that each client has different needs for preservation, reparation, maintenance and enhancement of their skin.

Our highly trained staff treats a variety of concerns including redness, wrinkles, brown spots, acne, unwanted hair, tattoo removal, skin tightening, body contouring and unwanted facial and leg veins.

We welcome you to allow our staff of professionals to guide your specific service selections for an impeccable experience that will exceed all expectations. Allure believes in treating each client individually, and we are happy to customize any treatments or packages.

Allure Skin & Laser now offers our own exclusive skin care line available at our office only. It includes a variety of products such as moisturizers, cleansers, exfoliators, retinols, sunscreens and anti-aging face and eye serums. Our skin care line has been specially formulated with vitamins A, C, & E as well as potent green tea to deliver effective antioxidant and anti-aging benefits for cleaner, smoother, younger looking skin. Caring for your skin every day at home is just as important as coming to our center for treatments.


Cancellation Policy

We reserve appointments for your treatment based on availability. Each day, we prepare the rooms and products that will be utilized for each appointment. So that we can best accommodate your request, please notify us 24 hours if you would like to change your services or cancel your appointment. We appreciate 48 hours notification for multiple services and 72 hours for spa parties. Unfortunately, failure to notify us will result in a full billing of your services.


Appointments

We will call to confirm appointments approximately 24-48 hours in advance. If you are a new client, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their scheduled appointment time.


Payments

Allure accepts cash and major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. No personal checks, please.


Gratuity

Gratuities are not included in the service price but can be added to your total. Our technicians appreciate and graciously accept cash as well.


Return/Exchange Policy

For most of our products, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase; permitted you have a receipt. You may request store credit or exchange the item for another product. We do not provide cash or credit refunds. Regrettably and without exception, we do not accept make-up or cosmetics that have been opened.


Quiet Please… Treatment in Session

To ensure each client’s comfort and enjoyment during their appointment, we ask that you turn off all pagers and cell phones or make them silent.


Children

Although we love little ones, Allure Skin & Laser Center does not allow children in treatment areas, nor do we provide child supervision. For these reasons, we respectfully request that you not bring children unless they are scheduled for services.


An Important Reminder

If you are pregnant, have any medical conditions, are taking any medicines or have noticed any changes since your last treatment, please notify your technician.
